We DO accept and treat
patients who have worker's compensation cases. If you have a
worker's compensation claim it must be verified with the
insurance carrier prior to treatment being rendered. During
your first encounter with our office you will be asked to
bring a copy of your accident report, your claim information
and any records you have regarding your injury.
